Help bring Northwest Stationery Fest to life!

  • We're looking for friendly, high-energy volunteers to make this weekend welcoming and fun for every attendee.
  • This year’s fest will be taking place November 7th + 8th at Olympic Mills Commerce Center (next to our friends at Sunflower Sake), located at 107 SE Washington St. #121, Portland OR 97214.
    •  
  • The festival will take place from 1-6 PM, with a VIP ticket available for guests to shop one hour before doors open to the public on both days (12PM)
  • Vendors will be expected to be fully set up by 11:30 AM to ensure a seamless opening to the festival.
    • Many volunteer roles will require high energy and lots of social interaction to ensure attendees to Northwest Stationery Fest have fun and feel welcome!

    1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    (VIP early shopping 12–1 PM)
    Volunteer Shifts
    11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    or
    3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Commitment
    One 4-hour shift, Saturday or Sunday
    (Experience-required roles: 3–4 hrs each day)

    Volunteer Roles

    Vendors are expected to be fully set up by 11:30 AM, so we are asking volunteers to arrive by 10:30am and ready by 11:00am. Many roles involve lots of social interaction and high energy to ensure attendees to feel welcome and have fun!

    • Line Management – 1st Shift
    • Line Management – 2nd Shift
    • Drop-In Station Facilitation
    • Photo Booth Help
    • Ticket Check-In
    • NWSF Booth / Information
    • Vendor Assistance – Set Up
    • Vendor Assistance – Tear Down

    Experience Required

    • Workshop Manager (2 positions)
    • Volunteer Coordinator (2 positions)
    • Vendor Liaison (2 positions)

    What You Get

    Every Volunteer (one 4-hour shift)
