What is Northwest Stationery Fest?
Northwest Stationery Fest is a celebration of stationery, writing, art, creativity, and community featuring independent makers, artists, retailers, workshops, demonstrations, and special activities from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
When and where is the festival?
This year’s fest will be taking place November 7th + 8th at Olympic Mills Commerce Center (next to our friends at Sunflower Sake), located at 107 SE Washington St. #121, Portland OR 97214.
Where can I Stay?
We are currently negotiating deals with local hotels for special promotions for festival vendors and guests. All updates will be announced on our social media and website once confirmed. In the meantime, listed below are some recommended accommodations within Portland.

Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes. All attendees ages 3 and older must have a valid ticket for entry.
Children ages 2 and under may attend free with a ticketed adult.
What ticket types are available?

Early Entry Tickets
Early Entry tickets include:
Admission beginning at 12:00 PM on your selected day
Access to shop before General Admission begins
Stay until festival closing
General Admission Timed Entry Tickets
General Admission tickets allow entry during the selected time window:
1:00 PM–3:00 PM Entry
3:00 PM–6:00 PM Entry
Once admitted, guests may remain until the festival closes.
Can I leave and come back?
No re-entry is permitted once you exit the venue.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or future event admission.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Tickets may not be resold or transferred.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive during your selected entry window whenever possible.
Entry may be delayed or temporarily paused if venue capacity limits are reached.
Are workshops included with admission?
Many demonstrations and activities are included with admission. Some workshops, special events, or premium experiences may require separate registration or an additional fee.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. Northwest Stationery Fest welcomes attendees of all ages.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Is the venue accessible?
We strive to make Northwest Stationery Fest accessible and welcoming to all attendees. More specific accessibility information will be shared prior to the event. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs. Ramps and elevators are on site, through out the building.
What can I expect at the festival?

Can I bring food and drinks?
Guests may not bring outside food or beverage outside of a standard water bottle. Refreshments are available for purchase on site.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
Your ticket confirmation
A valid photo ID
A reusable water bottle
A tote bag for purchases
Comfortable shoes
A budget (there are a lot of amazing vendors!)
Is there parking available?
Parking information and transit recommendations will be provided closer to the event date.
What if the event sells out?
Once tickets are sold out, additional tickets may not become available. We recommend purchasing early to secure your preferred entry time.
Will there be photography and video recording?
Yes. By attending Northwest Stationery Fest, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event and used for future promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes.
What happens if the event is postponed or changes?
Festival dates, hours, exhibitors, workshops, guests, and programming are subject to change.
If significant changes occur, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided during ticket purchase.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
If tickets remain available, they may be offered at the door. However, entry is not guaranteed and some time slots may sell out in advance. Purchasing tickets ahead of time is strongly recommended.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Digital tickets on your phone are accepted unless otherwise noted by the ticketing platform.
Can I change my ticket type after purchasing?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you have questions about your ticket, please contact the festival team before the event.
What happens if a ticketed time slot sells out?
Once a time slot is sold out, additional tickets may not be released. We recommend purchasing early to secure your preferred entry window.
How long can I stay once I enter?
Guests may remain at the festival until closing once admitted.
Will there be a line to enter?
There may be lines during peak entry periods, especially at opening and during early entry windows. Please plan accordingly and arrive a few minutes before your entry time.
Will there be an ATM on-site?
We recommend bringing a payment method you are comfortable using. Information regarding ATMs will be shared closer to the event date if available.
Do vendors accept credit cards?
Most vendors accept credit cards and mobile payment methods, but some may be cash-only. We recommend bringing both a card and some cash.
Will there be exclusive products?
Many vendors will be bringing limited-edition products, festival exclusives, special releases, and event-only merchandise.
Will there be festival merchandise?
Yes! Northwest Stationery Fest merchandise may be available while supplies last.
Can I bring my own shopping cart or wagon?
Small folding carts and wagons are generally welcome as long as they do not block aisles, vendor booths, or create safety hazards. Event staff may ask guests to fold or relocate large carts during busy periods.
Is there a bag check?
No. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.
Are backpacks allowed?
Yes. Backpacks, tote bags, and personal shopping bags are welcome.
Can I bring my own stationery to trade or sell?
Unauthorized selling, trading, or solicitation is not permitted unless you are an approved vendor, sponsor, or exhibitor. We will have specific meet ups scheduled throughout the weekend.
Can I bring my pet?
Only certified service animals are permitted to this event.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Food and beverage options may be available on-site or nearby. Additional information will be shared closer to the event.
Are there places to sit?
Limited seating may be available throughout the venue. Seating is not guaranteed and may be prioritized for workshops, accessibility needs, or designated lounge areas.
Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, public restrooms will be available within the venue.
Can I volunteer at the event?
Yes! Volunteer applications will be available prior to the festival. Volunteers help with guest services, workshops, setup, breakdown, and more.
I'm interested in vending. Can I still apply?
Vendor applications are closed for the 2026 festival. Follow Northwest Stationery Fest on social media or join our mailing list for announcements regarding future vendor opportunities.
Will there be workshops?
Yes. Northwest Stationery Fest plans to offer workshops, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Some may require separate registration or an additional fee.
Can I attend workshops without purchasing festival admission?
Workshop attendees must also hold a valid festival admission ticket.
Can I leave purchases with the festival while I continue shopping?
No. Northwest Stationery Fest cannot store, hold, or monitor attendee purchases.
