Free Meet Ups & Drop-In Stations
No sign-up needed! Drop in stations and meet ups are included with your ticket! Stop by during the designated time frames either Saturday or Sunday. These casual stations run both days of the festival at set times.For meet-ups, we antcipate that space will fill up quickly, so please arrive early to secure a spot. If spaces are full, please check back at anotehr time to see if seats have opened up.
Junk Journaling Drop-In
No sign-up required beyond your festival ticket! Bring a journal or notebook and drop in anytime during the window. All materials are provided, including a stash of vintage anime magazines and other ephemera to cut, layer, and collage into your pages. This laid-back station is hosted by Northwest Stationery Fest volunteers, so there's no formal instruction. Enjoy space to sit down, dig through the ephemera, and make a spread or two at your own pace.
Travelers Meet Up
Bring your Traveler's Notebook (TN) and join fellow enthusiasts for a casual meet up! Show off your latest spreads and cover setups, trade inserts and accessories, swap decorating tips, and connect with other TN lovers from the community. Whether you've got one notebook or a whole collection, come compare notes with people who get the obsession.
Hobonichi Meet Up
Calling all Hobonichi Techo keepers! Stop by to compare planner setups, share your favorite pen and washi combos, trade stickers, and swap ideas for keeping your daily pages fresh and inspired. A relaxed spot to nerd out over cover mates, page layouts, and everything else Hobonichi with people who won't judge you for owning six different sizes.
Washi Tape Sampling Station
Want to discover new and out of print washi tape? Our sampling station has swatches from a variety of brands and patterns so you can test textures, colors, and adhesive strength in person. A great way to discover new favorites and add them to your sampleing pages!
Sticker Swap
Got extra stickers collecting dust in a drawer somewhere? Bring a few to trade and take home something new! A laid-back station for meeting fellow sticker collectors, clearing out your duplicates, and discovering artists and designs you haven't come across yet.
