Volunteer Agreement I agree to show up for my scheduled volunteer shift. If I am unable to attend, I understand it is my responsibility to notify festival staff as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in being barred from volunteering at future Northwest Stationery Fest events. I agree to review the volunteer schedule to confirm my assigned shift duties and time. I understand that harassment or inappropriate comments or actions directed at staff, volunteers, vendors, or ticket holders will not be tolerated under any circumstances, without exception. I agree to help maintain a fun, welcoming, and friendly environment so that everyone at Northwest Stationery Fest has a great experience. I agree to arrive on time and prepared for my shift with everything I may need, including water, comfortable shoes suitable for standing or walking, and a fully charged phone or device in case I need to be reached.
