Your Information Full Name * Pronouns Email Address * Phone Number * Discord Handle * Managers will need to be reachable on the volunteer Discord server throughout the festival for team coordination. Your Role Which manager role have you been assigned? * Select one Vendor Liaison Volunteer Coordinator Workshop Manager Manager Agreement I understand that as a Volunteer Manager, I am responsible for two (2) four-hour shifts across the festival weekend. I agree to review my team's schedule ahead of time, and be in constant contact with my team to ensure everyone is in their spots at their proposed time. I understand it is my responsibility to stay organized and to fulfill my role. I also agree to review all accessibility needs that my team members may require, as noted in the manager workbook, which will be provided to me after I fill out this form. I understand that I will be overseeing a minimum of 15 volunteers during each of my shifts. I agree to check in with my team, help coordinate their tasks, and serve as their primary point of contact for questions or concerns during my shift. I agree to coordinate with my corresponding co-manager to ensure our shared role is covered consistently across the festival weekend, including communicating any changes to my availability with them directly. I understand that if a serious issue arises during my shift — including harassment, a safety concern, or a volunteer no-show — I am responsible for notifying event leadership immediately so it can be addressed. I understand that because I will be leading a team of volunteers, it's especially important that I attend my shifts as scheduled. If I am unable to attend, I agree to notify event leadership as far in advance as possible so coverage can be arranged. I understand that failing to do so may result in being barred from volunteering or managing at future Northwest Stationery Fest events. I understand that harassment or inappropriate comments or actions directed at staff, volunteers, vendors, or ticket holders will not be tolerated under any circumstances, without exception. As a manager, I agree to help uphold this standard among my team and to report any violations to event leadership right away. I agree to help maintain a fun, welcoming, and friendly environment for both my team and festival guests, and to set that tone as a leader on the floor. I agree to arrive on time and prepared for my shift with everything I may need, including water, comfortable shoes suitable for standing or walking, and a fully charged phone or device, since I'll need to stay reachable by my team throughout my shift. I agree to attend at least one venue tour (virtual or in person) before the festival to familiarize myself with the space and event layout. Details on tour dates will be shared separately. I also understand I must attend one of the two virtual volunteer orientations, dates listed at the bottom of this form. I agree to keep all personal information of volunteers confidential, including accessibility needs, contact information, and emergency contact information, except in cases of emergency. I understand that failure to do so will result in not being able to volunteer with Northwest Stationery Fest in the future. I understand that the inner workings of Northwest Stationery Fest — including planning documents, vendor and sponsor relationships, budgets, and other internal processes I may learn about as a manager — are confidential and proprietary. I agree not to share this information publicly or use it to create or assist a competing event.
